How does a Nuvolic project work?

As life, everything changes, and what at first was considered a good choice turns out to be the opposite in the middle of a development. Our initial vision changes, as our project routes are rectified and modified.

Our modus operandi allows us to be flexible, identify possible errors on time, change paradigms or control in detail the goals progress. How do we do it? Using a circular work process in which methodologies exist that enable the project managers drive a healthy development, away from bugs, errors, or chronic diseases.

A sprint is every recurrent cycle with which Nuvolic bases its project developments. The time each cycle lasts is different (a few days, weeks, a month...) depending on the situation or unexpected project issues.

In the beginning of each sprint, a meeting is scheduled between Nuvolic and the customer. It's important to notice that all parts and departments must participate; marketing, sales, developers, system administrators, product managers... Goals and targets are then identified to be included inside the spring development, work is distributed into tasks that developers will weight later on, and finally work begins.

When the project is ready and in a mature state, sprints are reformulated to fit them into a single release -- that is, a version of the product. Sometimes a new release could mean including new features, sometimes improvements, or maybe design or functional changes. A codename is set and a release date scheduled, so this way all the parts a sprint spans become something that everybody can reference in their work.

Before deploying a new release, it is tested, and once the OK is given, all changes are applied to be reachable for the users.

We are not an island

During the development process the customer works side by side with us. Who knows better what is required, and how what is being built has to be? It would be absurd that Nuvolic, as a company that integrates collaborative solutions, would not collaborate with its customers to create such solutions.

In fact, we don't like to think about endings. This world is changing so fast and so many times that we have to constantly be getting on, changing, recycling, growing, adapting our products to the times' needs. There is always things to be done in our projects and products: continue promoting them with SEO techniques, improve their infrastructures, include more and better features... As a living organism, once it has been born it cannot be left apart, we have to feed it with the users feedback, observe the evolution to verify whether or not our first assumptions were correct, or analyze inputs to start making diagnostics that will help us predict the next step forward.
